Generally, unless a client has defined a specific need, our approach is to do an audit
and needs assessment on one or all of the following customer touch points:

+ Sales Healthcheck – Contact Center
+ Service Healthcheck – Contact Center
+ Sales and Service Healthcheck – Website and Internet Portals
+ Sales and Service Healthcheck – All Other Customer Touch Points

Typically, each of these assessments takes about one week, including write up and
client meetings. Together with the client, an approach to closing the opportunity gap is
outlined, and a high-level Solutions Roadmap is designed.

At this point, once the opportunities are identified, some clients may elect to apply internally
leadership talent to design the detailed solution and to implement the changes. Other
clients need assistance in fleshing out a detailed plan, and/or request someone to lead
the change or help find the right talent to do so.

The path you choose is dependent upon your assessment of the management bench-
strength within your organization. We are flexible. We will manage and lead the amount
of change you require.
